Providing a friendly group for playing music together
for the enjoyment of members and the public.
Open to anyone who is looking to develop their musical talent and improve their skills
while playing enjoyable music in a friendly environment.
The Tuggeranong Valley Band welcomes musicians of all ages and skill levels.
No audition is necessary!
All you need is to be able to read music, have your own instrument and love to play music!
We currently have two bands,
our intermediate Ensemble and our more advanced Concert Band.
We play at a variety of events throughout the ACT region
and have rehearsals on Thursday nights during the ACT school terms

Our intermediate band, playing pieces up to
around grade 2.5.
Pieces include well-known music such as
TV themes, marches and popular tunes.
Rehearsals are Thursday nights from 6 to 7:20pm.
at Club Kalina in Tuggeranong.
Our advanced band which plays a variety of pieces
up to around Grade 4.
Pieces include a variety of styles such as classical, movie themes, pop and concert band music.
Rehearsals are Thursday nights from 7:30-9:30pm
at Club Kalina in Tuggeranong.
